Why not try these Sweet potato wedges. Easy to make and in no time at all!
Ingredients;
sweet potato'scoriander seeds
paprika
dried oregano
cayenne pepper
salt
splash of oil
Directions;
- Cut your sweet potato's into wedges
- In a dry pan, toast the coriander seeds for about 30 seconds to a minute and transfer to a pestle and mortar
- Add salt, paprika, dried oregano and the cayenne pepper and give a mix
- Toss your wedges in a tray with some olive oil and cover with the spice mix
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes (turning half way through) on gas mark 7
