First Weigh In

Well last Monday i started my journey to a better tomorrow and after 1 week i am so happy with the results!!
i have been on juice plus for just 4 days, and the diet in total for 7.

Personally I'm very proud of myself as id say the first week is probably the hardest to get over, and i've done it without breaking down and having a sneaky snack.

So, onto the main talking point, weight.
Have i lost any?
well the results are in people and I'm very happy to say that this morning i weighed 13st 13lbs, which is down 5lbs in my first week!! I'm delighted!!





I'm under no delusions that every week is going to be this easy, but I'm so determined to see it out!!

My First Friday and Saturday on Juice+

Well I'm really quite surprised at just how well i have done on this first weekend so far! and I'm really proud of myself that i am sticking to it with sheer willpower.

Normally when i get home from work on a Friday, I'm straight to the fridge to get a beer and on the phone to the local kebab house (I'm a sucker for a kebab)
but Friday i got home from work and the first thin i did was get my gym gear on and got into the garage and did an insanity fitness work out DVD, and i tell you what, i felt bloody great to be burning calories rather than be stuffing and slurping them down my throat!





i know that after 2 weeks that you are allowed to introduce a daddy treat (1 naughty meal)
and a baby treat (small snack)
and i was thinking on Friday night, that i cant wait to have my first daddy treat (that doesn't sound creepy atall) But i honestly think if i could see progress after 2 weeks, i would swerve the takeaway and swap it for something healthy.
3 days in and i can already feel the effects of the juice plus! i feel better, I'm sleeping better, and to be honest with you, I'm not missing refined sugars atall!

Ive managed to restrain myself from weighing myself yet, but i really am dying to see if i have lost anything! but ill stick it out until Thursday and let you all know my progress.

First Shake & Initial Weigh In


Well today is the start of a better tomorrow (well that's the plan)
First thing this morning i did my first weigh in, which was surprising as it was 3lbs heavier than yesterday but hey ho..

First weigh in - 14st 4lbs  (yes I've let myself go)


Aim:

well the aim is to get to 13 stone, but not just to get to that weight, but to have an influx of confidence and self satisfaction!!  as with any diet its going to be hard, but if really got to that point now where i have no confidence (yes I'm sounding like a big girl) but its the truth, so what can i do, hey?

Anyway, the first shake went down an absolute treat!! it was delicious.
really wasn't expecting it to taste as nice as it did, and you wont hear me complaining in the future.

juice plus Day 1

Its arriving today :)

so my juice plus is arriving today and i cant wait to get started!
the last few days I've completely cut out all refined sugars and cut my calorie consumption right back, from about 2500 to 1000... i wont lie, it was hard and I've felt very lackadaisical from the sugar withdrawals but I'm sure they will pass soon enough.

Juice Plus

Do you ever get those mornings where you wake up and just think 'god im fat' ?
well, yea, i had one of those the other day and im finally going to do something about it!

I downloaded that MY FITNESS PAL app on my phone and im going to do the whole calorie counting thing. And really stick to it. (well thats the plan)
So i thought if i do a calorie controled diet, thats surely going to help, BUT why not go the extra distance and jump on this Juice Plus bandwagon, surely thats got to help alittle more, right?
i know a few people who have been on it and they said that when they stuck to the meal plan, they saw results within a week!!
There is NOTHING better than being on a diet and seeing results quickly.
And that is what im hoping for, but i dont mind putting in the effort to go with it.

The hardest part of this for me is that the World Cup is on, and im a big football fan, and we all know football and beer go hand in hand... so im praying i can keep to this seeing as ive spent £60 on a months supply.
Ill do a few posts while on my diet and see if any of you can can help along the way!! (motivation appreciated)
Anyway, im not very good at this blogging, but im going to have a go and see if anyone is interested in my life haha.
